The picture shows the scales for dosing fat. From the upper container, the grease is dispensed via a solenoid valve or sealing flap into the lower container-balance.
Both the grease remained in liquid form and the containers, as well as the supply and exhaust pipes, are heated.
In general, scales for liquids are similar to scales for bulk materials, the difference is especially in feeders, where, in addition to waterproof flaps, solenoid valves are also used.
