The scales are used for weighing and dosing the amount of bulk (received / issued) material. The weighing principle is discontinuous, ie the individual doses are weighed discretely quickly and repeatedly and added up over time. The result is either the amount of material passed (usually in kg) over a period of time or the output, ie the amount of material per unit time.
This calculation principle requires special evaluation unit.
